Before you purchase our service, carefully review the following terms and conditions:

1. The service is considered provided and final after a successful region change of your Steam account, and no refunds are provided in this case;
2. The service is provided during working hours from 12:00 to 00:00 Moscow time, serving customers on a first-come-first-served basis. If you place an order outside of working hours, it will be fulfilled in the next working hours, according to the queue;
3. In case you do not provide correct data from your account or do not keep in touch, it will not be considered as a breach of our guaranteed time of service;
4. If you cancel your order before the region change process begins, we can refund you 80% of the service fee, deducting the fee we pay when we process the order and refund;
5. In the event of a dispute, we may request additional evidence from you confirming that you actually encountered the problem through no fault of your own. This proof may include a video recording, screenshots or other relevant material. If you do not provide sufficient evidence, we may refuse to consider your request for a refund or exchange;
6. If you discover any limitations by Steam, payment errors, or other limitations while trying to change your region, you agree to provide an up-to-date account or agree to an 80% refund after deducting the fees we pay in processing the order and return;
7. We will not issue refunds for problems not our fault that are caused by consumer action and/or non-compliance with security measures;
8. By purchasing our service, you agree to the terms of this return policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please decline to purchase the service. If you continue to use our service after changes to this policy, you agree to the changes.
